Allison was very accommodating and having a place that welcomed dogs was amazing. The room was very clean (didn’t smell like dogs had been there) and nicely decorated with newer furnishings. The breakfast in the morning was a huge bonus. The negatives: The room did not have AC when we arrived (we helped put it in) and there was little to no WiFi service which meant no working TV in the room. I did address it with Allison and she apologized however there was no solution to the issue. There is not much sound proofing as you could hear everything in the back hallway. For what we paid I would have expected at least working WiFi. Response times need to be improved when guests are at the facility.
Overall it was fine for what we needed.
