A highly recommended and unbeatable experience.
Santiago's service is like that of an old friend or family member.
The Umay house is a very zen space in the ideal place within Bacalar.
The nearby amenities as well as the restaurant, pool, garden and overall vibe are well worth it.
The price is amazing too.
Don't hesitate to stay at Casa Umay if you pass through Bacalar.

Amazing option, the food at the restaurant is delicious and totally worth it

We loved that it's practically in the center.
The place is quiet.
The entrance is through the restaurant but everyone was super friendly.

It would be great if it had a parking lot :(
