Kuya Dan is nice and helpful. It's really just the water supply on common bathrooms that needs improvement. Overall the place is nice just be mindful of the other tenants you'll be sharing the house with.

*One of the downside we experienced which is very important is yung tubig.

Kuya caretaker was nice and always helpful and proactive. Felt secure with the neighbors too as they are friendly and helpful.
