This was probably one of my favorite Air Bnb stays ever. The property is gorgeous and makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The rooms are beautiful with nice stylistic touches. I spent most of my vacation just floating in the pool. It’s a close walk to town and the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars near by. I hiiiiighly recommend staying here. Shari and her partner were kind and responsive and took the time to check in on me a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well!

This was perhaps the best airbnb (or place generally!) I've ever stayed. My partner and I stayed for a week with him working for half the time. The wifi was fast and reliable. Shari and Josh were incredibly communicative and friendly, with a guidebook that is worth reading cover to cover. Most importantly, its the perfect place to just fully disconnect and unwind. The pool is a dream - its warm, surrounded by gorgeous landscaping, and fully of floaty devices. We spent days and nights just enjoying this little oasis. But when you do pull yourself away, you're just a short walk into town where there are a number of hidden gems for food, drink, yoga, etc. (more than first meets the eye!). Plus you're just a short bus ride, taxi, or beautiful hike away from lively Sayulita that has everything from live music, quiet beaches, dance classes, vision boarding workshops and more. Thank you again for everything Shari and Josh, it was an absolutely wonderful stay!

Absolutely lovely property in San Pancho. As much as the beach view is great, the view to the other side of lush greenery is probably even more stunning. Shari and Josh are great hosts, and have seemed to think of any and every detail to make one's experience great. The walk to the beach and the center is easy and pleasant. The pool offers a great way to relax if you don't want to head to the beach, and the property is very well maintained despite having nice vegetation surrounding it. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a bit of luxury on a reasonable budget.

My partner and I just got back from San Pancho where we stayed at Shari and Josh’s place 1/2 of the trip. It’s a beautiful and clean place not too far from town. Unfortunately I got food poisoning during my visit and the large hill to walk up from town was not possible for me. We wound up switching to the center so that I wasn’t so secluded and had more access to medical resources. We recommend staying in the room with the kitchen and having food at hand because the walk is a bit much. Especially in the hotter months. Great spot if you’re looking to relax and check out from the world. The pool was a nice touch and we had it basically to ourselves.
My only complaint is that we did not get a refund on the night we didn’t stay because we left to stay elsewhere for medical reasons. It was a good lesson for us on how air bnb works because we typically stay at hotels.
