August 2024Out of all the vacations we’ve had in the past 10 years this was one of our favorite ! the airstream hosted by Camp Watauga had some of the most relaxing, beautiful views of the mountains in Tennessee. The lake was quiet and serene. The camper was more spacious than in the pictures and you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Parking was fine. You have to walk a very short distance. If you don’t park right next to it. The host was very responsive and let us to the company we used to rent our boat for two days. Everything was exactly as described. The instructions were clear cut. The pictures do not do it justice I could stay there forever given the option.

July 2024This was our first time exploring eastern Tennessee’s lakes. We could not have been happier. The airstream was well stocked, had everything hooked up as advertised and had an easy to follow checklist for getting situated. The small bay where it’s located is nice and quiet and the dock is straight down a few steps from the airstream. The neighbors we met on the dock while accessing our rental boat were kind and welcoming! Next time we will likely rent both units and stay with family or friends. The whole family had a great stay.
