…👍🏻The host and all the instructions were good. It's not my first time staying in this complex, in this apartment it's the first time. I already know the place, I like the location, the facilities and everything that is accessible. The location of the apartment is very good because it looks towards the lake and the park. In general the apto. is beautiful and comfortable . 👎🏻The sets of sheets and pillows are too run down, being that way it feels dirty. The matresses are of poor quality. The glass door in the living room facing for the balcony has no curtains, so there is no privacy. The lounge chair is stained, it still feels like it's dirty to have that stain. There is a camera on the balcony, which for me takes privacy from the guest. We were barely on the balcony because we didn't feel privacy. For me all these details are important, because this is why we pay. These details talk about service and quality. If they improve this they will have better service.…

…What a great place to stay on vacation!! Here are the minimal cons and just a few of the long list of pros we experienced during our stay.
Cons:
No baking sheets provided; we had preheated the oven, found no baking sheet, had to turn oven off and go to a nearby store to purchase before starting dinner.
We knew of having to provide toilet paper/paper towels, etc but it was very inconvenient.
Pros:
There is SO much to do at the clubhouse, which Is included in your stay! You don’t even have to leave to have a day full of entertainment.
House was spacious with plenty of places to sleep. Balcony overlooking lake and clubhouse was awesome! The evenings were very quiet and peaceful.
Barstools at breakfast bar were a hit for our kids for meals and snack time.
Extra, warm blankets provided were a great surprise.
Wishes:
Having an option to pay more for toilet paper/paper towels, etc. to be provided for simplicity sake.
Having throw blankets available for lounging on the couch.

…The apartment was not cleaned when I entered at the night after a 24 hour long travel from India.
The owner offered to give full refund and look for a new place. This is insane after 24 hour long travel and where do I go in the night searching for one more.
Basic amenities like toilet paper was not available.
location is good. but very arrogant owner…
