The value was great. We were so close to the beach we could see it from the balcony and walk in less than 2 minutes. Plenty of space and very clean. An AC issue before we got there necessitated some window units be utilized but the inside was comfortable all the same. David was very good at responding quickly and we had no issues. Very close to beach, a few restaurants, and coffee shops.

David’s place was perfect for our vacation and we would love to return in the future. Plenty of room for two adults and four kids, and everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It is very convenient the beach and pool were walkable and easy to get to. The condos/neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Tons of restaurants and things to do close by, including grocery stores if you planned on cooking meals like we did. The kitchen had everything needed and the dish washer and washing machine was very convenient for a bigger family with children. The view of the beach was beautiful from the upper balcony and we loved every day of our stay. Thank you!

David was great- very responsive and helpful and reached out several times leading up to our stay with recommendations and to offer help. The location is great. Beautiful view from the balcony and such a short easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub are very close and so nice. All of the neighbors were very nice and inviting. Extremely clean and offered a lot of amenities. There were a few things that could use updating and the number of stairs was unexpected. Overall was a really nice place to stay and would recommend.

David was a great host, very flexible with check-in, and provided a ton of great local recommendations. The property was really nice and felt like home!
