Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home. We had an amazing weekend.

First, the location of Danielle's place is unbeatable if you are looking to spend time in Dixville Notch areas; we were literally able to stop by the place twice after we stepped out to hike, rest, freshen up and go to our next hike. The space is cozy and good for 2 people. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious/clean bathroom.
The double bed/mattress was not very comfortable, the frame is a creaky one and made loud sounds even with slightest movements, which wasn't great for a light sleeper. Additionally, the house had a very strong odor of weɛd which was bothersome. We let Danielle and Robert know about it and they informed that have asked other guests to be mindful and offered us $50 credit. We did our best to air out the place with the fan provided but the smell still lingered. Danielle also offered us a refund on the 2nd day, if we chose to leave, which I appreciate, but it was too late for us to find other accommodation. We still liked our stay overall for the convenience.
