We came for a bachelor party with 20 people and honestly weren’t sure if the space would be big enough, but we were blown away! The house is massive, and everyone had their own bed with room to spare. It was the perfect setup for our group. From the start, communication with the host was excellent, super responsive and accommodating, especially with our early check-in request. When we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary snacks, water, and even champagne, such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. We came for a golf trip and managed to play 5 great courses, all recommended by Lars. Every one of them was top-notch and budget-friendly couldn’t have asked for better local tips. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a golf getaway or a family trip to Disney or Universal. The location, the hospitality, and the space make it a 10/10 Airbnb experience

We were a party of five but this villa is great for much larger groups, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, bedrooms, dining and kitchen equipment, great pool and hot tubs, lots of TVs with lots of channels etc. Location is near Sunset Harbour which is a cool area with nice bars and restaurants. The location is a quiet, affluent residential area but just 5-10 minutes pleasant walk to Sunset Harbour. The free trolley bus around Miami Beach goes from Sunset Harbour and is really useful to get around. Ann and Lars are very communicative, both with proactive recommendations and in response to the couple of minor questions we had. They also left nice welcome gifts on arrival. We are keen to return and would recommend.

Ann & Lars are very helpful and responsive. Their place was amazing, and it was a great setup for our large group of guys for a bachelor party. Great location and very clean.
