…What an exceptional stay! Best place in my opinion on the island as not only do you have private beach access to 7 mile beach but also the best beach snorkeling from cemetery beach just a short swim to the south. The place is very very well appointed and Alphonso (host) and Madav (beach attendant) made us feel really welcome! Great place for families, with littles etc. Don’t hesitate to book this rental!…

…We had a really wonderful time at the Boggy Sands condo. First of all, the condo itself is fantastic and I would say that the features are even better than described in the listing. It is EXTREMELY spacious, with very high ceilings. There is a lovely screened in porch off the living room, and 3 of the 5 bedrooms have separate patio access. The master suite is remarkable - has a very spacious closet area between the bedroom and the huge bathroom. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed. The property is lovely, including a quiet pool area with lots of features -- pool toys for kids, even a fridge to stock drinks! There is a short walk to the beach, and again it is very secluded and lovely, and stocked with beach related needs. And Alfonso was super friendly and very responsive when we had a need or a question. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!…

…We had a lot of questions. They were answered immediately. Communication was asap. Home was spectacular. It had everything we needed. Let's talk about the surprise birthday cake for one of the girls. Cannot wait to return to this magnificent home.…

…We were greeted by Alfonso and he made us feel right at home. The apartment exceeded our expectations. What a well equipped kitchen. Short walk to a beautiful little beach that included every water toy one could want. It was a week in paradise!…

…This lovely condo was perfect for our family—the layout and the lanai, the fun rooftop area, the well-stocked kitchen, and several unexpected and thoughtful additions like a local cell phone and a small cooler on wheels. Boggy Sands’ private, semi-shaded beach area is also fabulous, with just about everything you could ask for to just relax or to enjoy the water. And then there was the pool with its several outdoor showers and other activities.
Also, we couldn’t have asked for more friendly and attentive help/oversight from the staff.
Last but not least, we loved Boggy Sands’ great location on the northern side of 7 Mile Beach, just a short walk from a good grocery store.
What a fabulous place! All eight members of our family, from young to old, had an incredible vacation in this Grand Cayman Airbnb.…
