“I have rented Nick and Rachel's spare room for a couple of weeks on two occassions. Their house is beautiful and very comfortable and they keep it amazingly clean. Their house is on Willy St, which is by far the best part of Madison - right by the Willy St. Coop and near a lot of good restaurants and bars. It's a super easy bus commute to the capitol area or to the UW campus. Nick and Rachel are both very hard workers, so the house is generally quite and always has a great internet connection (which is vital to me). When they are not working they are usually cooking amazing vegetarian food which they are very generous about sharing. Their guest room is well equiped with a comfortable futon bed with good sheets, bedside light, alarm clock, a desk, and some maps of the area and bus schedules. Nick and Rachel are also really great about giving tips for what to do in Madison and are experts on the local bike trails. As an added bonus, they also have two bunny rabbits that they keep on the second floor and will let you pet if you ask!!!
Basically, if you're looking for a place to stay that feels really homey and friendly but you also actually like things to be clean and to run efficiently, then this is the perfect place to stay. ”
