This is what comes to mind when I think about Laure. My girlfriend and myself have been to her place in Astoria multiple times and we absolutely love it. The apartment is clean and rennovated, the kitchen is nice and sizeable, and there is a fantastic breeze of air in the living room. The big screen TV has always delivered, from a Netflix historic movie to a good thriller. The internet is fast and reliable, and I have used it multiple times. Laure's flatmate is also very nice, friendly and hospitable.
All in all, I would recommend this apartment if you are visiting New York and have decided that you are not going with Manhattan.”

“This is a quaint condo in Sunnyside, New York. I work with the owner and travel a lot. I needed a place to stay between assignments. The transportation possibilities are endless. The bus and train to mid-town NYC are literally 2mins away. I suggest taking the bus for a scenic ride over the 59th street Bridge (but don’t do it during rush hours).
The unit was very clean and I was greeted with a bottle of wine and flowers since my stay was for more than three days as they stated on the site. I got the sense that being comfortable during my stay was the primary concern. I stayed for a weekend and two days and found the rate to be most economical given similar options in the area. The sunset views are better than the photos provided on the website. The patio faces the west which points to Manhattan and the colors are wonderful in the late evening with the City as a back drop.
Payment arrangements easily met my level of flexibility as the owner was willing to make this part of the process as seamless and convenient as possible for me.
