She provided "extras" that we have not found in other European apartments we've rented - lots of big, fluffy towels, attractive décor & accessories, lots of comfortable seating, air conditioning, maps & tourist information. Even during our stay, she gave us loads of local information and even told us where to go for lunch. Madalena was very helpful and friendly greeter! ”
