Nathan Blecharczyk

Nathan is a software developer, entrepreneur, and businessman. He has been responsible for all-things-technical at Airbnb. Nathan got an early start in business and technology when he started an online marketing company while still in high school. Since then he has worked as a program manager at Microsoft, engineer at OPNET Technologies, and lead developer at Batiq. Nathan graduated from Harvard University, where he studied computer science.

Brian Chesky

Brian is a designer and entrepreneur who likes to disrupt the marketplace with ideas that change the way people live. Brian's primary responsibility is driving the company vision and assembling a passionate team to realize that vision. Before Airbnb, Brian ran an industrial design shop in Los Angeles. Brian holds a BFA in industrial design from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

Joe Gebbia

Joe is a serial design-trepreneur, focused on projects that simplify life and have a positive impact on the environment. Joe divides his time between design, user experience, and marketing for Airbnb. An alumni of the Rhode Island School of Design, Joe earned dual BFAs in Graphic Design and Industrial Design while starting the school's basketball team and leading their student body as president. When he's not designing the next version of Airbnb, you can find him playing basketball in downtown San Francisco.

Nick Grandy

A fellow Y-Combinator alumni, Nick's programming expertise keeps Airbnb running smoothly, while he develops new features to improve the user experience.

Carly Chamberlain

After competing as an All-American sailor at Georgetown University, Carly joined Airbnb where she now leads 'host relations'.

Erin Mesdag

Erin is an enthusiastic member of the Airbnb Community Support team. A recent graduate of Princeton, she majored in political science and was the student government social chair. Although she hails from sunny Southern California, she's a certified ski instructor and will jump at any opportunity to head to the snow for fresh tracks.

Chris Collins

Hailing from the east coast, Chris leads front end development for Airbnb, and the mustache innovation team.

Christopher Lukezic

Christopher is a creative brand marketer who is constantly looking for ways to make Airbnb stand out. Though a jack of all trades at Airbnb, his primary focus is on building world class marketing team. Prior to Airbnb Christopher was an internationally ranked professional runner. He graduated from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown with a major in operations and information management.

Venetia Pristavec

Venetia currently works on Airbnb's video platform and hosts AirTV, an airbnb original series that highlights some of the best hosts & listings on airbnb.com. Since she started as a host renting out her sofabed before working for the company, her love is in programming within the community at Airbnb. Venetia graduated from Indiana University with undergraduate degrees in Television Production, Theater & Business. Before transplanting to San Francisco for Airbnb she lived in Los Angeles performing music, improv comedy, writing and running a dog jogging company. She loves mac and cheese, especially if it is homemade.

Novico "Novi" MacAllister

Novi is an integral part of the Community Support team, and ensures travelers and hosts have a great experience.

Riley Newman

Riley is Airbnb's commander of quantitative analysis. His investigations of data patterns help inform all aspects of the company, from marketing to customer support. Prior to Airbnb he worked for two years as one of the leading researchers for an economic consulting firm, and holds undergraduate degrees in economics and international development from the University of Washington, and a masters in applied economics from Cambridge.

Joe Zadeh

"Joebot", as he's commonly referred to, completed a PhD at Caltech before joining Airbnb's development team.

Desiree Golen

Working within Community Support, Desiree serves as a first point of contact for travelers and hosts in need.

Kelly Robinson

Kelly utilizes her extensive travel experiences to assist Airbnb travelers (and hosts) as a member of the Community Support team.

Sam Edelson

Sam hails from Stanford Business School, and is leading efforts in partnerships and business development at Airbnb.

Ellie Thiele

Ellie is a marketing intern extordinaire. Seriously.

Andrew Vilcsak

Andrew leads Airbnb's mobile efforts, and hails from Edmonton, Canada.

Lisa Dubost

Lisa plays an integral role in Airbnb's international affairs.
