“We have just returned from a lovely week in this apartment. We are a newly married couple. It was exactly as described in the ads. It felt very safe. It was comfortable, very generously fitted out with spare sheets, blankets, towels and toiletries, paper plates and cups, a fridge full of bottled water. It was in a very peaceful area and so we had very restful nights with no disturbance. There was a grocery shop on the building. On our first evening we walked about 5 minutes to a lovely Greek restaurant. The journey to Time Square took about 5 minutes by walking and 3 min to Port Authority Station. Andrew was friendly and helpful. He gave us very clear directions on getting from JFK to the house and tried to facilitate our early arrival. We look forward to visiting NYC again, and will definitely stay at Andrew’s apt as long as it's available.”
