Willobee Pines - Fresh and fun 3 bedroom 1 bath house just 3/4 mile to Lake Michigan, right between South Haven and St. Joseph. This artfully decorated home with a fully fenced yard is sure to make you smile. Family friendly with tons for you and your kiddos to do. 2 dog friendly beaches within 5 minutes from the house, and countless other beaches within 15 minutes. Quiet and safe neighborhood street.

The space
Spacious ranch house with 2 bedrooms with king beds, one with twin XL bunk beds, large kitchen, living room, and dining room, and one bathroom on the main floor. The basement has a large rec room with ping pong, air hockey, basketball, arts and crafts area, and a whole toy room with lots of toys. Tons of board games, puzzles, books, and DVDs. No one will be bored on a rainy day! Backyard is fully fenced and has a firepit. We supply all linens, beach towels, and beach toys, and old towels and sheets for dogs. This is sure to feel like a home away from home!

Dog Rules:
-Crated when left home alone (one medium crate is provided)
-Clean up all waste
-Put provided sheets on furniture if your dog will be on it
-You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your pet
-Ticks are prevalent in this area. Check your dog (and you!) carefully after being outside

Guest access
This is a private home that the guests will have all to themselves. There are a couple closets that are locked, otherwise the entire house is accessible.

Other things to note
Our property backs up to a highway. There is some traffic noise when outside, but mostly during the day when you will be at the beach. At night it is quiet and it is barely audible in the house. No one has ever complained about the sounds.

We have well and septic. The well water smells and tastes a little different than city water but is completely safe to drink. We provide a water cooler with water jugs for drinking.
