What Guests May Not Like (Full Transparency)
We want to be upfront about potential concerns so there are no surprises during your stay:
Narrow driveway – Only small vehicles can fit at the end of the driveway. Street parking may be necessary.
Possible noise from upstairs – Guests may be staying on the second floor, though we emphasize quiet hours.
A few steps to enter – There are about five steps leading up to the front door.
Neighborhood in transition – Some houses in the area are run down, and the ones next door and across the street are being renovated. This may result in construction noise outside of quiet hours.
Shared entryway setup – There are two separate smart-locked doors inside the building—one for each unit. You may run into other guests outside or in shared areas.

Additional Rules
- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be mindful if you are arriving late.
-This is a NON-PARTY home. Our employees live on the street and if they find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled, and no refunds shall be given.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 3 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $50.00 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $449, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
