Welcome to Vida Salgada at Madeira Beach Yacht Club!
Our stunning fully renovated ground floor condo is in a gated waterfront community and offers new appliances and furnishings. It is just across the street from the white sands of Madeira Beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, public recreation and so much more!
Watch the sunrise from one of the fishing piers and sunset from the beach; enjoy plenty of amenities in between, or just relax on the screened-in patio.

The space
This recently completely rebuilt and newly furnished ground floor condo with screened-in porch just steps from the white sand beach offers all the comforts of home and everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.
Located in the gated community of Madeira Beach Yacht Club it comes with access to free parking, 2 outdoor heated pools and 4 fishing piers. Walking distance to several stores, restaurants and bars; ROC park is across the street with splash pad, playground, softball fields, tennis and basketball courts.
Please note that Madeira Beach Yacht Club sustained substantial damage to the first-floor units from two recent hurricanes and rebuild efforts are still ongoing in the complex. The gym, sauna, and hot tub are currently unavailable.

Bedroom: King bed with Beautyrest mattress; TV w/cable; walk-in closet.

Living Room: Sleeper Sofa w/ queen gel memory foam mattress; 75in smart TV w/cable.

Kitchen: fully equipped w/stainless steal appliances, quartz countertop, cooking basics, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, knife set, dishware/flatware, spices.

Bathroom: tub w/shower

Dining Room: 4-person drop leaf dining table with chairs ; 2 barstools at the kitchen counter.

Screened-in Patio: 4-person conversation set w/coffee table; polywood high top table w/2 chairs; patio lights, celling fans; vinyl track stacking windows.

Outside patio table w/umbrella and private gas grill.

Fishing rods, cooler; beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and wagon.

Beach, bath and kitchen towels; linens; hair dryer, iron & small ironing board.

Starter set of paper goods, hand soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap and trash bags.

Cleaning fee includes $50 non-refundable condo association application fee.
Owner must submit names of guests to HOA office at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Madeira Beach Yacht Club condominium laps Boca Ciega Bay and is located near the heart of "Mad Beach" . Walk the sidewalk next to the intercoastal waters that follows the entire complex, watch the wild life and boats go by; catch some fish or a stunning sunrise from one of four fishing piers.

Walking distance to Archibald Beach Park. Spend the day on a white sand beach tanning, swimming, shell hunting & experience a breathtaking sunset.

Once you arrive, no car is necessary. You can walk to lots of places, a few to mention:
- stores: CVS, Winn-Dixie w/ Wine & Spirits, Dollar Tree, Surf Style.
- restaurants and bars just a few steps away: Saltwater Hippie (live music and drinks), The Brass Captain (BBQ), Pete Sushi & Poke, Madeira Beach Snack Shack, Frabotta's Beach Kitchen (Italian & pizza), Gulf Bistro, Lucky Lizard Tap House, Daiquiri Shak Raw Bar & Grille, Haze Ice Cream.

Save a day to explore John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk (2 miles away), a rustic waterfront complex with over 100 shops, restaurants and water recreation businesses. From John’s Pass, catch a dolphin cruise or pirate-themed cruise, rent a boat or jet-ski, or even hop on a floating tiki bar.
