The space
Basically, it is a space for about 4 people, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
There is a sofa and table in the earthen studio, and you can rest your own futon in an empty space.
There is no TV.

There are also barbecue grills, barbecue chairs, and tables.
If you are BBQing, please bring your own fuel, etc.

Please rent out the entire building.
However, please do not touch a shelf with indoor staff only.
Please note that equipment, furniture, and fixtures will be charged separately if they are damaged, excessive dirt that cannot be washed, or lost after you leave the room.
In addition, the garden in front of the main house is a private space, so it is forbidden to enter.
Other things to note
It is possible to travel up to● 2 tons of cars, but if you are not sure about a large car or driving because of the narrow road width, we recommend using a public institution.
It is about a 15-minute walk from the● nearest bus stop, but it is located in the mountains, so I will climb the steep slope at the end.
Taxis are recommended for those who have heavy luggage or shoes that are difficult to walk to.
●Basically, please make a reservation for 2-6 people.
●Please be sure to let us know in advance if you are traveling with anyone other than the number of people booked. For guests visiting outside of your reservation, there will be an additional 2,000 yen (tax included) per person as a facility usage fee.* 3,000 yen if you use the shower or bedding.
Stay time is between check-in and 9 pm.It is strictly forbidden to use it after that time.
If it is not declared, or if you are staying beyond the time, you will be charged an additional fee for each person.
We may confirm the number of guests during your stay or at check-out.Thank you for your understanding in advance.
●Late night noise and music playing in the outdoors are not allowed. Also, please refrain from eating, drinking and chatting outdoors after 9 pm. (The deck terrace is also prohibited from eating, drinking and chatting after 9 pm.) If the police are called due to noise and other disturbances, we will charge a handling fee of 100,000 yen. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, and Hayama police patrols are always available.
Drug use is strictly prohibited, so please follow the rules.
About the outbreak of● insects
There are many insects (mosquitoes, centipedes, geckos, yasde, snakes, etc.), so you can enter the building.We have checked and exterminated before check-in, but it is difficult to remove and block all insects, so if you don't like insects, please refrain from using it. Complaints or extermination during your stay will not be available during your stay.Thank you for your understanding.
If you leave garbage, please be sure to separate the garbage as described indoors.
We would like you to enjoy the BBQ grill for up to 1 car during your stay. Please note that we will not be able to assist or explain how to use it. Please bring anything you need, such as charcoal. In principle, it is prohibited to bring a grill.
Smoking is not allowed in the room (smoking is allowed outside).
There are mountain forests and private houses in the surrounding area, so please be careful when handling fire.
Please do not open the private door.
We are not responsible for any theft or accidents on the premises or in the parking space. Please be especially careful if you have small children.
Please turn off the air conditioner and indoor lights when you go out and check out before leaving the room.Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the environment.
