The space
This home is lovingly hosted by us directly. We do everything from maintenance, deep cleans and even buy the soaps and consumables ourselves. We take immense pride in our home and are proud to offer it directly to our guests rather than using large rental management firms like many of the other search results you'll find from The Palms. This ensures super fast responses, increased flexibility, and personal attention throughout your stay! We have yet to disappoint our guests!
The Palms has 24/7 security and 2 pools, including the spectacular 100-ft infinity pool. Have we mentioned the white sand beach is 50 steps away from your private patio!? The Palms offers water sports gear and a concierge service that can facilitate any activity, spa treatment or babysitting for you completely free of charge. Enjoy hot food delivered with a quick phone call and sunset cocktails by the pool!
If you love to cook, you'll enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, and a common barbecue area that boasts brand-new Weber grills situated under an attractive Palapa roof. The wet bar has been outfitted with a reverse osmosis drinking water tap. Our guests also have use of paddle boards, kayaks and boogie boards.
Villa 29 features two comfortable dining areas–outdoor and indoor. The dining room table is gorgeous white marble with comfortable tailored dining chairs. The outdoor furniture is beautiful high-end Castelle brand. Check out the photos as words don't do these spaces justice! The wet bar includes an ice bucket and cocktail accessories.
There are two massive patios with incredible ocean views. You'll love falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves from the primary bedroom! The 2nd bedroom also has a private patio, all patio doors have screens to keep any bugs out.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with gorgeously appointed finishes. High thread count sheets cover the very comfortable pillow-top beds. A/C runs quietly and is independently controlled in each room.
Primary Suite: 1x King Bed
Guest Suite: can be made as 1x King bed or 2x Twins PLUS upstairs loft with 1x Double.
Additional Bed: La-Z-Boy queen-size sofa bed (2024) in the living room (which also has blackout shades).
Wee ones: We offer a pack and play crib with mattress, baby blanket, baby pillows, changing pad and a baby monitor (which is capable of reaching poolside!) We also offer several toys, puzzles, and board games.

A portion of the all-in fees you see on Airbnb cover daily housekeeping, paper products (toilet paper, paper towel and facial tissue) and bath soap/shampoo/conditioner - a true hotel-like experience! In addition, the fees subsidize on-site Concierge services, daily beach towels, non-motorized water sports, fabulous ocean-view gym, and property-wide wifi.
Other things to note
We have everything you need when travelling with a baby: Pack and Play crib with mattress, linens and baby/toddler pillows; baby monitor and change pad. Both bedrooms are outfitted with black-out curtains for nap time as well. (Can you tell we have kids? And they LOVE it here.)
Due to local bylaws, the unit can sleep up to a maximum of 6 people.
To encourage eco-friendly use of electricity, villas are outfitted with a system that shuts off all AC units when any door is left open for more than 90 seconds. Please remember that doors should remain closed to ensure the temperature remains comfortable, especially if you have family sleeping upstairs.
