Enjoy your 3 bedrooms(two kings, one queen) and 2 bathrooms and 2 tv rooms one with a fireplace. Master King bedroom has bathroom en-suite with large shower. Plenty of patio and outdoor spaces, shady trees and flower beds. Moments from trails & Indian Point boat ramp. In fact it’s the closest rental home to the Lake in Tonto Basin!

The space
We are on 1/2 acre with gardens, and shade trees. Virtually flat terrain. Plenty of parking on site and room to wander. Next to the National Forest for heading out by whatever means you like. House is roomy and comfortable. Tons of parking. Just down the street from Indian point Boat Ramp. Located just off Forest service road 60 and A+Road.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy as well as the front and backyard. Circle drive out front for parking toys and cars.

Other things to note
Our place is best suited for age 10 and older as we have a multitude of breakable artsy pieces everywhere. This is a mellow environment and neighborhood for kicking back in.
