Imagine stepping into a place where each wall tells a story, with vibrant local artwork and photography capturing the essence of the region. The downstairs, featuring original paintings, offers a warm, creative atmosphere, while the upstairs showcases Chizuru Johnson's images of the Pacific Northwest. This could feel like stepping into the stunning landscapes of the region itself.
The space
A wide entryway leads to an open concept living space downstairs. The kitchen has been upgraded with a new quartz countertop, backsplash, and is fully stocked. There's a grill with a table and chairs on the back patio to enjoy Ridgefield's cool summer nights.
The stairs leading to the second level opens to a loft area with a large coffee table for games and puzzles. From the loft, there is access to all three bedrooms, and a full bathroom, that closes off the toilet and shower area so multiple people can occupy the bathroom at the same time, and the laundry room.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two dressers, a walk-in closet, 55" Smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with dual sinks. A desk and chair can be provided in the master bedroom or loft area upon request.
The two other bedrooms on the second floor are furnished with queen sized beds, a dresser, and desks.
Enjoy the ping pong table in the attached 2-car garage. A remote is provided for easy access.
Guest access
Access is to the entire space including the garage. It's all yours!
Other things to note
Please remove your shoes upon entering the home. A shoe rack is located at the entry and in the hall coat closet. In this closet, the vacuum, swifter, mop, and dust pan is kept as well.
After installing the quartz countertop, we discovered how easily the countertop is scratched by metal. Although the quartz has been sealed, please use care when using metal on the counter and only use soap and water when cleaning the counter surfaces.
Trash pickup is early Thursday morning. It's a good idea to take the bins to the curb Wednesday evening. Please return the bins to the garage by Thursday night. All bins must be stored in the garage per the association.
The 2-car garage and driveway are for parking. Street parking is limited and the association discourages residents from parking on the street. Anyone with a loud vehicle must park outside the neighborhood as to not disturb the neighbors.
When checking out, please clean out the fridge, collect the trash from all of the rooms, and take the trash bins to the curb for collection. No need to do anything with the towels, sheets, bedding, or start laundry. The cleaning crew will take care of this.
We are an extended stay business. In the state of Washington, occupants are granted tenancy rights with stays over 28 days and the homeowner's association requires a lease agreement so a lease agreement is required. A clause will be included that the lease may be terminated with a 20-day notice.
Upon booking, the front and back of a government issued ID is required prior to check-in.
One animal is allowed. Please reach out to us regarding your animal's size and breed prior to booking. The maximum weight is 40 lbs for an animal. A $1,000 fee and the possibility of a booking cancellation for unapproved animals. A booking can be cancelled as well if an animal makes excessive noise, isn't cleaned up after, is damaging property, isn't house trained, or if any of the rules are broken.
