The Holler is conveniently located 5 min downtown Andrews featuring two breweries, and Hoppy Trout Pizza. We are 15 minutes from a casino, and 30 minutes from Nantahala Village. Check out Bryson Ciry on your way to Asheville, NC, the diamond of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The space is perfect for a large group on a budget and who don’t need a TV in every room but want a semi private patio to get some “me time”. We have a pool table, yard games, disc golf and a fire pit.

The space
The Holler is located in Andrews, NC on three and a half acres that consist partially of woods and cozy lawnspace.

Since the building used to be a care home for adults, it is spacious in its layout with the ability to sleep up to 13 quite comfortably. The home is ADA accessible and dog friendly, so no need to leave Fido at home if you're coming to our neck of the woods.

There is a neighborhood Beagle named TBone, he’s real nice and sometimes comes by to say hello.

You’ll likely see turkeys, foxes, and an occasional deer. The birds love the pear trees in case you want to watch them from the front porch.

Guest access
You will complete access to the main living spaces of the home.

There is a private apartment in the rear that is occasionally used by the owner.

Other things to note
The nightly rate shown includes 2 rooms for up to 2 guests. Any additional guests after 2 will incur an additional fee per night per guest. Please provide an accurate number of guests when booking.

Wood for the fire pit can be ordered for an additional $25/night, message us when you book to coordinate.

There is no smoking or vaping in the home. Luckily, each room has an external door and semi private patio. Please do not smoke just outside the door with it open. If there is any smell of smoke, you will be charged a $300 fee.
