Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double-sized bed at the bottom and a single-sized bed on top.

2. The driveway is shared.
NOTE: There is a basement unit where a long-term tenant resides. The tenant parks at the back, and reserving that space for their use is crucial. Additionally, the tenants have a dog, but it is always on a leash. When outdoors, they secure the dog to the clothesline. It's important to note that the basement apartment is separate from the upstairs area. Moreover, we need to park so the tenant can pass through the driveway easily.
