Situated in the beautiful Ohio River Valley with access to many interesting little towns nearby. Enjoy sightseeing, small town shopping and unique restaurant eating during the day then relax in the evening by the campfire in this charming country setting. Small family gatherings, bridal and baby showers are welcome.

The space
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed.
Large living room with plenty of seating.
Half bath off of bedroom 1. Full bath with bathtub only adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3. Nice small bath with shower located downstairs.
Property is 7 minutes from Ohio River, 10 minutes to Brown County Fairgrounds and 20 minutes to Maysville, Kentucky.
Small family gatherings, bridal and baby showers are welcome.

Guest access
Parking is prevalent on the property. There is also room for boat parking for our Ohio River guests. Property is only minutes from Brown County Fairgrounds with ample parking for horse or equipment trailers.

Other things to note
This house is not wheelchair accessible. Individuals with limited mobility and using walkers have found the house to be comfortable for them.

Lives in Ripley, Ohio
My husband and I are from the Ripley area and have enjoyed living here for many years. Our daughter is married and lives near St Louis with two adorable children. I work at the local college and my husband farms, raising cattle and hay. He is also an auctioneer. This stone house has been in my mother's family for over 200 years. We enjoy meeting many new friends and helping our guests enjoy this historic home and their stay with us.
