Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, pool home on a 120' double lot on Monroe canal. 2 boat lifts, 10,000 & 7,500 lb., with plenty of dock space. Cruise out the Monroe Canal to all of the great fishing on San Carlos Bay, and relax in the screened, heated or cooled pool upon your return. Grill your fresh catch on the back lanai, or enjoy dinner at one of several nearby restaurants. Plenty of private parking, and room for your boat trailer.
