The space
This bright, lofted beach condo has space for up to four people and consists of an open living room with a comfortable sofa and streaming TV, a functional kitchen with full size fridge and stove. Upstairs, you will find the lofted bedroom with a cozy queen size bed and bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home - the main floor with the living room and kitchen, the upstairs bathroom and bedroom, the front porch at the main level, and a lower patio below. Underneath the exterior stairs is beach and pool equipment for use. There is also sound access and pool access included. The ground level room and the furnace closet are for storage and not included.
