Welcome to "Vincéné", a peaceful and relaxing place nestled out of sight.

We are happy to offer you a little piece of paradise where you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of our beautiful Ardèche.

Whether you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life or just rest for a few days, our stone farmhouse is the perfect place to recharge your batteries with family or friends.

The space
The Mas "Le Vincéné" consists of two parts (4pers + 6) allowing a family / group of friends to spend a beautiful holiday together, while maintaining their privacy.

The estate, accessible by a private road, is located on a property of 5 hectares, of which 1 hectare completely fenced around the house.

You will be the only occupants of the place, without any overlook!

In the main part (4 to 6pers) you will find a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with a bed 160x200. A second bedroom /junior suite of 40m2 with a parent part (bed 160x200) and a part separated by an alcove (2 beds 90x200).

The main part of the farmhouse remained in the old, tastefully decorated (we hope...), with all the comforts you need: new and quality bedding, new amenities, air conditioning.

The cottage part (2 to 4pers) has been completely renovated. It consists of a main living / kitchen room (and a real sofa bed 160x200). Upstairs, a large bedroom (160 x 200 bed), office area, with ensuite bathroom.

Bed linen included in the rental. Towels/towels and swimming pool are also included.

Free baby kit: 2 umbrella beds, 2 high chairs, booster, dishes, changing table, baby bath, wake mat, sunbed.

Starter kit (coffee, filters, salt, pepper, vinegar oil, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.)

Raclette machine

A veranda behind the house has found its use: games room with foosball table, board games, armchairs, poufs...

Both parts of the Mas have AC.

The private pool, 6x4, is open from May to September.

The wifi network is present, the terminal is located in the "cottage" part and accessible around the perimeter of the box.

The total living area is more than 200 m2 (150 m2 + 50 m2 approximately). The main part is provided so that all 10 people can have meals together.

Two terraces with pergola and umbrellas allow you to choose to sunbathe or rest in the shade.
