The space
Located just minutes from both the North entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and downtown 29 Palms, this well-appointed home is the perfect basecamp for your next desert adventure! The home itself has been completely remodeled and the furnishings and décor were lovingly curated with unique treasures from antique stores, flea markets and tons of internet sleuthing.

► Master Bedroom: This room features a California king-sized bed, bedside lamps, wireless phone chargers, spacious closet, reading nook, private patio and a restored vintage dedicated workspace! The suite also features a private toilet room adjoined by a bath and shower suite. Soak in the tub and gaze out the window at the cactus garden outside. This “wet room” also contains a shower space equipped with Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit and Public Goods Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash.
► Guest Bedrooms: Each of the 2 spacious guest bedrooms has a Queen-sized bed, blackout shades/curtains, large closets, bedside lamps and wireless phone chargers along with built in USB & UBS-C ports. The north facing bedroom has views of Campbell Hill and the Bullion Mountains make for a picturesque view. The south facing bedroom is the sunniest room in the house boasts views of the Pinto Mountains and JTNP mountains.
►Living Room: As you enter enjoy warm-toned kilim pillows and a hanging Navaho style rug. The space has a stunning acacia wood table and natural edge maple mantel both lovingly restored. The living room features a lit-up fireplace with our little version of Jumbo Rocks. Enjoy the comfortable couch or any of the two accent chairs, perfect for reading a book with our table side lamp and wireless phone charger.
► Kitchen: Fully Stocked Modern Kitchen with Dining Room Seating for 8. As foodies and amateur chefs, we have provided you with modern appliances, cookware and utensils for just about any meal you might conjure up!
► TV & Entertainment Room: This oversized bonus room can host your entire household. The 65-inch-high definition 4K smart television can accommodate your favorite streaming channels plus Roku freebies. This room features a spring-loaded wall-bed, which hides a comfortable full-sized bed. Peak around in the fluted chest where you will find board games to play on the spacious round Moroccan coffee table. The nook with the antique secretary desk is a second dedicated workspace located in the home.
► Hall Bathroom: This bathroom features a walk-in shower and multiple Grohe shower heads for whatever spray you desire. Each bathroom has Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash from Public Goods and is equipped with hair dryer, hand soap and first aid kit.
► Outdoor Oasis: Our outside elevated deck includes three water amenities. It features a 5 Person hot tub, cowboy pool and individual plunge pool. The deck has plenty of space for your morning yoga routines or to enjoy a night of stargazing. Cowboy Pool season at the Ranch is from May to September. Hot tub is available year-round.
► Backyard: Everyone will have something to enjoy in our backyard with all our added amenities. Enjoy a game of horseshoes, cornhole or shoot hoops at the basketball net. We also have a firepit with outdoor seating or take a stroll through the largest labyrinth of the high desert. It’s a 7-minute walk to the center and a 2-minute walk out.

Smart lock entry for easy access onto the property. Guests can park in the driveway directly in front of the home. Guests have access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, kitchen, laundry room and large backyard with direct views of the Joshua Tree National Park mountains.

-DOGS: We welcome dogs at our home, there is a one-time fee of $100. Please be sure your dog is listed in the reservation and ensure you pick up any droppings. Max of 2 dogs.

-LAUNDRY: Due to occasional time constraints between guest stays, our cleaning team may leave a load of clean laundry in the dryer. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. You’re welcome to use the dryer freely—just remove the clean items and set them aside as needed. Thank you!

Release and Waiver of Liability
The Guest(s) understands that there are special risks involved in the use of the hot tubs. Guest is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using a hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owners or other guests of property for accidents or injury arising from use of the hot tub. Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence.
Guest also understand that this Release & Waiver of Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless all releases from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that as a Guest or family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at this rental.
