Our new POOL with large hot tub, beautiful dry sauna, and showers... is now open! New carpet & tile! Our beautiful place is close to the airport (DIA), public transport (FREE bus system that takes you to all the ski areas and surrounding towns), parks, Lake Dillon bike path and Marina, art and culture, world class skiing, the city center with shops/restaurants you can walk to. Good for couples, adventurers, and families because of the hot tubs, indoor pool & play-ground.

The space
Our beautiful condo is unique because of the location, location, location! Views of Lake Dillon, the marina, the amazing bike/walking path, not to mention walking distance to yummy restaurants and fun shops!

Guest access
Our guests have access to two in-door hot tubs and a sauna in our building and a brand new pool and Clubhouse in the building next to us.

Other things to note
There is an additional sales tax required of 10.275% for the state of CO, Summit County and the town of Dillon. This tax is NOT included in your quote provided by Airbnb.com.
