The space
This is a fully serviced private 800 square foot loft with full bath and kitchen. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and full size refrigerator and gas Wolf range.

The Russian River in one minute away. Have coffee on the big deck at the back of the vineyard in the morning fog in the breakfast patio. (The deck does not overlook the river and there is no river access.) There are picnic tables that you can enjoy.

From the breakfast patio you will overlook the Mercedes Riverblock Estate Pinot Noir vineyard on the Miracle Mile of Westside Road.

More about the location:
At 6914 Westside Road, only seven miles southwest of downtown Healdsburg, Gracianna is one of the Russian River Valley's most intimate family-owned and operated wine estates. Gracianna is on what the locals call "The Miracle Mile of Pinot Noir" and is owned by the Amadors of Sonoma County.

Gracianna Winery is in the midst of natural beauty, family-designed estate buildings and gardens, a storied history, and a reputation for classic award-winning Russian River wines that reflect our craftsman approach.

Our unique terroir and ideal Russian River Valley micro-climate support our farming practices. The Amador's Mercedes Riverblock Estate Pinot Noir vineyard, is planted to the 115 Pinot clone from Dijon, France right on the banks of the Russian River.

Gracianna symbolizes everyday gratitude and graciousness in entertaining, because hosting a special meal with friends and family is an everlasting circle that fills our lives.

Guest access
You are welcome to walk all around the vineyard on our 3 acre estate. Please observe the signage and don't stray to the neighbor's property on either side of us. There is a red fox that lives in the vineyard and can be spotted early in the mornings. You can hear coyotes at night.

Guests will be in the tasting room downstairs between 10am-5pm 7 days a week from April 1 to November 30. As parking is impacted on Saturdays, please park away from tasting room on Saturday (up by the garage).

Other things to note
EV Charger available, please bring your own cord. Ask us for our plug configuration to ensure it is compatible in advance to your arrival.

Drinking water from our tap is encouraged. Our well water is safe (filtered & UVed) and delish.

There are tons of folks in the charming town of Healdsburg during peak season and parking is tough. Check the signs to avoid parking tickets. Or just Uber up there - only 12 minutes away. Plan on 20 minutes for pick up. Get your breakfast needs before arriving.

If you are a cyclist, Westside Road is known as one of the most scenic bicycle rides in the country and Iron Man and many formal bike rides go right past our place. There's plenty of space to safely store and manage your bikes on your back patio.
