Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.
The space
The Farmhouse is geared toward guests aged 21 an over, you must be at least 21 years old to book the space.
The Farmhouse is a great option for couples (or friends) looking for an extra special get-a-way, anniversary, animal therapy, or just rest and relaxation.
At the Farmhouse you can expect to find most everything you need at the touch of a button. This tiny house as been setup with you, the guest in mind.
When you wake up, at the touch of a button you can raise the blinds for all the windows to open up a view of the pond and farm. Enjoy your first cup of coffee in bed with your choice of Nespresso coffee with some Grade A raw Goats Milk from the farm.
If you have built up an appetite you will be able to cook breakfast with eggs from the farm, and a few additional breakfast items provided.
After breakfast you can enjoy your time and relax around the house, or gear up for a trail walk around the farm to get yourself acquainted with the area, and if desired will have a guide with you during your walk.
A private tour is included with your stay and can be scheduled prior to arrival or at check-in. You will be able to meet all the animals of Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary and staff will be available to answer any questions.
Should you wish to get a little more hands on, please let us know if there are specific things you would like to do during your visit and we will do our best to ensure we can accommodate.
After a long day of enjoyment you can cook yourself a nice dinner in the full kitchen or simply order something for delivery. Follow dinner with a bottle of bubbly, wine, or your preferred drink and head into the hot tub to unwind from your day listening to your favorite tunes, or a movie on TV.
Above all, we want you to feel welcome and enjoy your stay with us.
Guest access
The Farmhouse is 100% exclusive to our guests. No spaces or amenities are shared during your stay.
Guests will have access to all areas around the Farmhouse and ponds, as well as the trails at their convenience during daylight hours. Should you wish to have an evening walk in the woods, please let us know and we can arrange a guided walk on the trails after dark.
Farm Access: Only guest staying at the Farmhouse will have access to Goat Daddy's Farm and Sanctuary. No other guests will be permitted during this time. Should you wish to have anyone not staying at the Farmhouse join you at the farm during your private tour please inquire about additional costs to do so.
If there are specific interests in the farm that you would like to do during your stay, please let us know. We are happy to find ways to ensure you have a memorable experience.
Other things to note
1. Please be sure to read and understand the cancellation policy related to the dates for your booking, and the options available and time frames related to cancellations.
2. Alteration requests to the booking (ie., change in booking dates) will be reviewed on a case by base basis based on availability up and until 30 days from Check-in. We will do our best to comply to accommodate these changes based on availability.
3. No alteration requests (other than adding additional days, if available) will be accepted less than 30 days from check-in date, unless related to emergency situations as described by AirBnB policy.
4. AirBnB travel insurance is a great low cost option to purchase at booking should there be any concern around travel dates or ability to make the trip. It is additional peace of mind knowing should anything change between booking and check-in, that coverage is in place to ensure a full refund, if things change inside the cancellation window.
