Are you ready to be by the beach, this 2-story condo has room for 6 of for your family or friends. Each Bedroom has its own Ensuite (Bathroom) plus 1 full bathroom downstairs.
You will enjoy the fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen. But wait, you are on Vacation get out and try the Local Cuisine! Also there are two Grilling areas.
So put your Flip Flops on, for there are lots of things to go and see on the Island like surfing, horseback ride or just go to the beach.
Last minute getaways are available.

The space
This tropical luxury resort property, has lots of amenities from tennis courts, to a library if you want a quite place to work or read. Other things like tennis, pickle ball, racket ball, ping pong, gym and suana are also available, plus an awesome pool and hot tub, we even have a swallow pool for kids.
The history of the building is pretty cool, it was built in 1984-85 during the time when Texas was thinking about allowing Gambling, so our 2nd floor was going to be a Casino, which is now our library so you can grab a book (also there is a kids section) or if you choose, you can play Ping Pong.

You will be able to access all of the amenities during your stay. Tennis/Racket/Pickle ball courts, 3 pools, Sauna, Gym, Library on the 2nd floor, Ping pong table, grills and a sun deck on the 7th floor. Plus seasonal activities in the complex.

Other things to note
The HOA rules are No Pets and No Smoking or Vaping. Must be 25+ to rent at this complex. If under 25 a parent must be present during the whole stay, No third party rentals. If these rules are broken, the HOA will ask you to leave without a refund.

Neighborhood highlights

When you come over the Causeway to the island you will be right in the heart of SPI. Louie's Backyard offers all types of fun and activities, food and drink a lot of type of attractions are close by and some in walking distance. There are places to rent bike, golf carts or Slings as well, if you decide to fly in and use the SPI shuttle service. On the North end of the island is horseback riding on the beach and surfing. The bay offers not just fishing but parasailing, dolphin watches and more.
