Other things to note
The house is configured like a duplex, with an adjacent caretaker unit where the owner, Scott, resides. This unit has its own separate entrance, and there is a secure door between the spaces (locked on both sides), ensuring complete privacy for guests. Scott is rarely on-site during your stay and fully respects your space, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted experience.

This ranch is located in a neighborhood called Emma, just 10 minutes from Basalt and Willits, where you will find all of the essentials like Whole Foods, Safeway, Starbucks, gyms, yoga studios, restaurants, distilleries, banks, post office, UPS, Fedex, etc. Aspen and Snowmass are both 30 minutes away.

Don't want to drive to Aspen? There is a park and ride in Basalt. It's very easy to catch a bus right to the heart of Aspen (or you can transfer to any other mountain).
