Relax at our cozy cottage, just a short stroll to the beach and downtown Northport.

Enjoy your own up-north getaway on the tip of gorgeous Leelanau Peninsula - have a glass of wine and fire up the grill on the private patio, snuggle up by the fireplace, and wake up early to catch a sunrise at the local beach, just a few minute walk away. Our cottage will be your perfect home base to adventure from and seek warm refuge in.

The space
The Evergreen Cottage is a quaint and cozy studio cottage. It has been recently renovated and is stocked with the essentials! There is a brand-new "Koala" sofa sleeper for guests 3 and 4 and a brand-new full-size bed. The cottage has a private deck with a smokeless bonfire pit and a convenient gas grill just a few feet away. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer should the need arise. The cottage is just a 10-minute walk or a couple-minute drive from downtown Northport and its shops, marina, and beach!

You will have access to the whole cottage.

Other things to note
WINTER NOTE: We will make sure to have the parking spot and pathway to the door shoveled for your arrival. After your arrival you are responsible (but not obligated) to shovel the small pathway to the car with the on-site shovel. We recommend a 4WD or AWD car as Northport plow times can vary. That said, the road servicing the cottage does get plowed, so it should be manageable. Please message with any questions!
