Come and relax with the whole family, or bring a group down for a fishing excursion at this peaceful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home only 5 minutes to the boat ramp at Bull Shoals Lake in Diamond City, AR. Come to fish or to relax after a busy day in Branson or other activities. Branson is a scenic 40 minute drive. The Master bedroom features a King size bed and bedroom 2 features a Queen. Guests rave about how the kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen amenity you should need.(And then some!!!)

The space
Welcome to Diamond Escapes! We are dog friendly but do charge a pet fee. This fee will be enforced.

Walk through the front door into the beautiful living area with vaulted ceilings, rustic charm and plenty of natural light!

The living area seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen and a charming dining space.

Drop off your luggage in one of the 2 bedrooms which are located on opposite ends of the hallway. The King bedroom features a 1/2 bath and there is a full bath in the hallway.

After you get acquainted with the inside of your vacation home, you will want to step out on the side or back decks to take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful wooded lots that surround the house. Watch for Hummingbirds (and plenty of other types of birds), deer, grey squirrels, turtles and other wildlife!

Kick back and relax in the living room and stream your favorite show on the 50-inch Roku TV - you will have the ability to login to any streaming service you subscribe to. Or, take in a movie - we offer a selection of movies, including kids movies.

There is a selection of Board games to enjoy with the family as well as crayons, puzzles and coloring books!

The kitchen has most common cooking utensils and appliances you should need including:

***Other things to note***

🐶Bring your furry friends along for vacation but please do not allow them on the furniture unless you cover it. Please note that there is not a fenced in yard. Please also be sure to clean up after your pets (inside and out) - if an undisclosed pet is brought onsite, a $300 fee will be added to your reservation.

🚫No smoking of any kind inside the home. Outside is perfectly fine but please properly dispose of any cigarette butts. If smoke is detected inside, a $300 fee will be assessed.

🚫No parties - we kindly ask that you treat this home as if it were your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your future visits.

🚫No overnight guests that are not disclosed on your reservation. a $150 fee will be added to your reservation for undisclosed guests.

Other things to note
Bringing a boat or another type of trailer? You can pull straight into the driveway and park on the east side of the house. The lots directly behind the house is also Diamond Escapes property and a “drive through” was created to make pulling a trailer a breeze while visiting! Please note that it is a little bumpy when turning out of the “drive through” so take it slow!!

Your vacation rental is located in the small town of Diamond City so it’s pretty private. The house is off a short gravel road (less than 1/4 mile of gravel). Only a few minutes from a public boat ramp ($5 park entry fee required) There is a playground and "beach access" in the city park as well. Visit the Sugarloaf Harbor Marina to fuel up your boat or rent a pontoon boat, jet ski or paddle boards for the day.
