☛ As this property is located - most the top of the hill - most of the drivers are afraid or ask for more money - the very easy way to arrive at this apartment is with my local Taxi driver to pick you up from the airport or wherever you are, especially to check in safely.
☛ Property Located on Tropical Mountain (Means you will have to uninvite friends who always like to meet you on the balcony - If you close the balcony door - they won't come inside)

☛ Since the property is near the top of a hill, some drivers may hesitate or ask for extra. The easiest way to get here, especially for check-in, is by using our trusted local taxi driver for pickup from the airport or your location.
☛ The property is located on a tropical mountainside, which means occasional visits from nature’s little “friends.” To keep them out, simply keep the balcony door closed—and they’ll get the hint!
☛ After rain, you may hear a short burst of insect sounds for 30–60 minutes. It’s a natural part of the season—just insects “talking” before they settle down. Nothing to worry about, and it doesn’t last long.
☛ Monsoon season - Insects may appear before or after rain. To keep them out, turn off indoor lights and switch on the balcony light to draw them away. They’re harmless and simply attracted to light—but if you need help with cleanup, feel free to message us. (And yes, we’re still trying to figure out how they sneak in!)
