Welcome to our home on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine. Have morning coffee on the patio, walk >50 ft across large yard to lake. Sandy beach with shallow water, deeper water at the point! Westerly view of glorious sunsets. Gardens, wildlife, great star viewing! 7 day minimum in the summer.

Located 4 mi. from the Gray Exit #63 of the Maine Turnpike (I-95). Approx. 2 hrs from Boston, MA. A short drive to Portland or Oxford Casino (30 min), Shawnee Peak (60 min) or Sunday River (75 min).

The space
BIG yard, large stone patio, lots of space to enjoy the outdoors! 2 Queen beds, 1 3/4 bed, 2 living room areas, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, designated workspace. 2 propane fire stoves, wifi, highspeed internet. Large stone patio with lots of seating, propane grill, chiminea.

Seasonal dock, shallow entry beach, deeper swimming area on other side of property. Great location if you enjoy hiking, boating, hunting or fishing.

Great spot for fishing! Step right outside to fish from the shore in the summer or on the ice in the winter.

Guest access
The home must be accessed by a short staircase. There is an indoor and an outdoor staircase to access the backyard. Staircases are the only ways to reach the lake side of the home, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues or small children.

Guests can access all areas of the home except the utility room in the basement. The garage and tool shed are also locked and for our personal storage.

There is a dock in the summer, but the exact installation and removal dates are determined by weather and the dock company. If the dock is in, you are welcome to park your boat there. Boats must be put in at the public landing across the lake. The back yard/lake is only accessible by stairs.

Other things to note
Please DO NOT SMOKE in the house.

Please be RESPECTFUL of WILDLIFE. Feeding wildlife has a negative impact on the lives and environment of the animals, including possible death or extermination of the animals, and presents a potential risk to your safety. TAKING care of your food garbage is extremely important.

You are surrounded by our long-time neighbors and friends. Please respect their space and peace. They are not on vacation and most likely have to work in the morning. No loud music after 10pm or before 8am. NO FIREWORKS.

We do not have a generator. The driveway will be plowed during the winter, but if it snows during your stay you may need to shovel the stairs (5) to the driveway. Shovel provided.

Please help keep our skies dark by shutting off lights when you are not outside. This helps birds with their migration and will help you and neighbors have a better view of the stars!

Please return items to where you found them. This includes putting PFDs back on the hangers in the closets and flipping boats side down so that they don't fill with water.

My work: Registered Guide
Fun fact: Maine Big Night (look it up!)
I am a Registered Maine Guide and I live right here on Little Sebago Lake. I spend a lot of time in the woods and on the waters of Maine. How can I possibly pick a favorite mode of water travel - kayak, canoe, paddle board or pontoon boat. It's all good! Hope to see out there on the water!
