Usually we recommend to do some day-trips if you stay for more than 1 week. Seville (visit Alcazar), Granada ( visit Alhambra reserve the tickets in advance), Caminito del Rey - great hiking in the breathtaking canyon above the river, Ronda, Gibraltar - visit monkeys on the rock. One day or two days for the old city center of Malaga - there are some nice museums, like Picasso museum, Thyssen museum and Automobile museum. 😊 our nearest golf course is just 5 minutes away by car.

If a guest needs to cancel for a valid reason, we simply ask for as much advance notice as possible.

In most cases, when we’re informed in advance (preferably not less than 6 months), we can rebook the cancelled dates with another guest.
✅ Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
✅ 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in (Airbnb service fees are excluded).
✅ Cleaning fees are always refunded if canceled before check-in.
🌸 All refunds are handled directly by Airbnb, and service fees charged by Airbnb are kept by them.
💎 As a goodwill gesture: If we succeed in re-booking the canceled dates for the same price, we may be able to provide an additional refund or a travel credit voucher after we receive the payout from Airbnb. While this is not guaranteed, in many cases we’ve managed to make it work for our guests.

We don't want to increase our prices by including optional services in the price per night.
Why? Because AIRBNB adds its "guest fee" on top of our price and you will end up paying more than you should and also because not everybody needs pool heating (from May till October the water in the pool stays naturally warm) and not every group wants to use the Jacuzzi. So we can keep our rates low for all guests. And the guests who need this optionality can pay separately if they wish.
