Main deck, new furniture. New dock with guest slip and swim platform connected to new lakeside deck and pavilion with comfortable seating and a back bar...all with Edison bulb lighting. Firepit with lake views. Great outdoor lighting throughout the property. New wall mural!

The space
5 Bedrooms - 4 Kings (3 with lake views) plus a Double Trundle Bedroom which can also be converted into a King plus a Trundle Bed. Comfortable living room off the new Gourmet Kitchen / Dining Room with lake views with a Main Deck including new Pollywood outdoor seating and a Traeger Grill. Lower level Game Room also with lake views has a pool table, air hockey, vintage arcade games, a guitar and an upright piano. The patio off the lower level has a Weber Grill plus a swing chair and a table for four. Great views from pretty much every room in the house. Very comfortable beds. Two flat lawn areas for games, fire pit, new dock with guest slip and swim platform and a new lakeside deck and pavilion with comfortable seating and great lighting and views. There is outstanding 12 volt, switched and solar lighting throughout the property. Large Flat Screen Smart TVs in the Living Room and Game Room. Incredible new wall mural running the length of the 140 along the driveway.

Very comfortable family space including living room, game room, main deck, lower level patio, flat lawn areas, fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs plus a new Dock with Guest Slip and Swim Platform and new Lakeside Deck and Pavilion with great casual seating, two stools, four more Adirondack Chairs plus a Solo Stove Firepit. Neighborhood highlights

Clearwater Shores is about an hour from Birmingham and Huntsville, AL, about 2 hours from Chattanooga and Nashville, TN and about 3 hours from Memphis and Atlanta. 15 minutes off I-65 at Exit 299 (Dodge City). Stunning views of the confluence of Simpson Creek and Ryan Creek areas of Smith Lake...at "The T" as locals call it. No views of homes or docks directly across from Clearwater Shores on Kinney Mountain.

Once turning on to Route 143 from 222 in the hamlet of Brushy Pond, drive about a mile and turn on to 144. Then, look for teal Clearwater Shores signs leading to the entrance. Once at the oval white Clearwater Shores sign, put auto in LOW or 4WD as steep down to waterfront home. It is very safe...but, go slowly. Welcome to Clearwater Shores!
