A splendid chic condo just steps away from the ocean walk. This chic condo is located on the 4th-floor condo and comes fully furnished with a large balcony and partial sea views.
It offers great value for money. Located at the Cape Panwa on Phuket’s east coast it is perfect for escaping the crowded beaches and overpriced restaurants in the main tourist areas and yet ideal for exploring Phuket town.
There are many nice street foods around this area. It has a nice big pool and our apartment is facing the pool. However, you can enjoy a sea view from the swimming pool and GYM.

☛ This oceanfront project, just 10 meters from the water, isn't ideal for swimming, but a charming beach is within a short 100-meter stroll.
☛ Our apartment overlooks the Pool view. Nonetheless, you can still relish a sea view from the swimming pool and the gym.
☛ Enjoy lightning-fast fiber optic WIFI in our apartment.
☛ Indulge in the best street foods right outside the compound, and a plethora of restaurants and convenience stores are just steps away.

The Weaknesses of this apartment are:
☛ To explore the surroundings, renting a scooter or car is recommended, although Songtaews (tuk-tuks) are available for reaching the city, and the GRAB app is at your service.
☛ Daily or weekly cleaning services aren't included, but fear not—we've equipped the apartment with a washer and cleaning tools for your self-care routine and also 2 sets of linen for your monthly stay. If you fancy our cleaning service, feel free to reach out to us. For THB 1000, you can enjoy a thorough cleaning and a change of linens. Alternatively, the local laundry service is cost-effective, charging only THB50-60 per kilogram (weighed after washing and pressing).
☛ While breakfast isn't provided, a fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. Make use of the kettle and toaster, and either grab a simple breakfast from 7-11 or Family Mart or treat yourself to a local restaurant's breakfast set for less than THB 100.

☛ Extra garbage bags & toilets will be done on weekly cleaning only, if you need extra please feel free to purchase from 7/11 or the nearest supermarket - As we have limited staff working in this property.
☛ Monsoon season - Important Note, insects tend to appear before or after the rain. If you notice insects inside, try focusing light outside to draw them away. Turn off the indoor lights and switch on the balcony lights. This should help keep the insects outside. Please don't ask how they get inside, as we're still figuring that out despite everything being sealed and locked. (These insects are not harmful; they are simply attracted to light)
