✅SECURITY HOLD: A $1,500 security hold is required and will be placed two days before arrival and released seven days after departure, provided no damages are reported.
✅CONFIRMATION: Guests must reply, "I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement," before receiving the door code and house instructions.

📢 Noise monitoring: Minut system detects noise levels but does not record conversations.
*WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
✅The home is in a well-maintained neighborhood with contracted snow removal.
✅4WD vehicles (with chains) are strongly recommended during winter months.
✅No refunds for inclement weather. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
