The space
Your Vacation Home with THREE bedrooms has plenty of furnishings, a pool with a heater, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown. It’s also close to the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Enjoy the nearby hiking trails at the Rotary Park or Four Mile Eco preserve, as well as being only a 15-minute drive to both the Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour Marina shops and restaurants. Book this comfortable home boasting one master suite w/ TV and its own bathroom and 2 additional guest rooms with a separate bathroom on the right side of the home.
One guest room has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing.
The laundry room provides a full-size front-load washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.
This home is located just a short drive to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Fish Tales or Duval’s, all within an easy 5-10 minute drive from the house.
We provide sheets, towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods for every stay. There also is an iron and ironing board available for use.
TOILETRIES - We are happy to always provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival, including 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. However, please note that we do not restock items during your stay
Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and hand towels.
Basically, think of it as a hotel and just bring your clothes, toothbrush & toothpaste!
Guests who stay have full access to the entire space with no shared space. The garage space is available, but most guests typically just use the driveway.

* POOL INFO
Please use extra caution to ensure safety around the pool area at all times. Remember, no diving in the pool and no running around the pool.
CHILDREN UNDER 12?
Message us about their ability to swim on their own without the need for flotation devices.
* POOL HEATER *
The pool heater is set to 85* (winter months only) and should not be altered. The heater and pool pump both run from about 9 am til 5 pm. The heater only heats throughout that time, and the timer can also NOT be altered. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU SEE THAT THE SKIMMER IS NOT HALFWAY COVERED WITH WATER, PLEASE FILL UP THE POOL WITH THE PROVIDED HOSE AND TIMER. 1 TO 2 HOURS SHOULD USUALLY PUT THE LEVEL BACK TO ITS NORMAL HEIGHT.
PETS
Please note that pets are currently not allowed. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to message us prior to booking. If a pet is brought into the property without any written approval, a substantial additional fee will be charged.
POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL
*** Please note that we do have pool service, lawn service, and pest control service that come on a somewhat regular basis. Please feel free to say hi to them when you see them, but they won't notify you prior to their arrival.

Guest access
We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available. You and your guests will have full private access to the entire house, pool, yard & outdoor space. The dock offers a wonderful view of the saltwater canal. You can dock your boat with proper bumpers and enjoy quick and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
* GUEST WIFI
The WiFi network is “Coral Cottage”. You will get the password from Airbnb. If you do not for any reason, please feel free to message me. Also, there is a sign on the counter in the kitchen that shows the WiFi name and password.
* CHECK-IN TIMES
Check-in time is 4 pm or later.
Check-out time is 10 am at the latest.
(Please be aware that cleaning and unit turnover typically takes approximately 3-4 hours between guests. Check-out after 10 am will incur additional fees).
* OUTDOOR LIGHTING
The front of the house has a porch light. The switches are by the front door. Outback there is a light in the pool that functions with a switch on the wall in the garage.
* BBQ
There is a BBQ propane grille on the patio out back of the house. Please clean the grates, make sure the propane valve is turned off, and put the cover back on prior to checking out. If the BBQ is not clean at check-out an additional fee of $45 will occur. There should always be a full tank available in the garage. If it runs out for any reason, please contact us through the Airbnb messenger app, and we will respond quickly.
