Just a 5-minute walk to the Peak 9 lifts & Main Street, it’s perfectly situated for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, & all year-round adventures. After a day out, unwind in one of FOUR hot tubs or the heated pool just steps from the condo! The updated kitchen makes cooking easy, or grab takeout from nearby spots! With two parking spaces & modern amenities, this is your ultimate mountain retreat!

The space
Step into our top rated modern, yet cozy retreat in the heart of Breckenridge, perfectly situated for all your mountain adventures! Whether you’re skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring the charming town, this is the perfect home base. After the short walk to and from the slopes, store your gear in the ski storage area and warm your boots and gloves with the industrial-grade boot & glove warmer conveniently located inside the condo!

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and two smart TVs where you can access all your favorite streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and mornings are best spent on the patio with a cup of tea or freshly brewed coffee from the MoccaMaster - both of which are provided - while soaking in the crisp mountain air!

The updated bathrooms include a primary with a full bathtub and a hallway bath with a walk-in shower. Throughout the condo, stylish updates like new floors, furnishings, and appliances ensure a seamless and comfortable stay!

Unwind in the heated pool or one of four hot tubs, open year-round except for a brief closure starting for a few weeks in late April/early May 2026. Keep the fun going indoors with board and card games from the well-stocked closet, or relax with air purifiers, humidifiers, and white noise machines for restful sleep!

Parking is easy with two included spaces, plus additional parking nearby at the ice rink. Once here, leave your car behind and walk to Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife or the Peak 9 lift - all just minutes away.

We’ve thought of everything, from plush towels and linens to shampoo, soap, and paper products. Families with little ones will appreciate thoughtful extras like a Pack ’n Play crib (with sheets), a booster seat, a baby bath, and children’s tableware. Need laundry? Card-operated machines are on-site, and detergent is provided for your convenience!

As of mid September 2025, the bedroom with one bed is now a KING size bed with matching furniture not yet pictured!

Guest access
You have access to the entire condo along with the shared laundry facility (takes credit card or use the app you can scan from the machines), pool, and hot tubs! Plenty of closet space in the condo along with ski racks to hang your skis/boards after a long day on the slopes!

Other things to note
As mentioned above, the hot tubs and pool will be closing at the end of April 2026, reopening Memorifal Day weekend of 2026!

Our cleaning fee is set by our cleaners and is not inflated by even one penny. The price they set helps them be paid a living wage in tourist destinations.

While we adore furry friends, please note that our HOA doesn't permit pets for guests.

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walking distance right into town. Quiet to enjoy a good night's sleep, but close enough to all the incredible bars and restaurants in town. Amazing hot tubs and pool a mere 20 steps from the condo that are shared with a few other complexes nearby! The Quicksilver Lift (peak 9, where there is also a ski school meeting point), is a 5 min walk away as well!

Married, 30 somethings living in Denver & Breckenridge, CO with a love of world travel, wine, and good friends! Breckenridge is a very special place to us, in fact we were married there in 2018. We stumbled upon Whitefish, MT a few years back and fell in love with it immediately. We are newer to the Teton Valley but being outdoor enthusiasts we aren't sure if there is a better spot! Being so close to Grand Teton, West Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, & Jackson Hole is unbeatable. All towns offer endless fun and experiences that we can’t wait to share with you. We want to make your Breckenridge, Whitefish, and Driggs vacations the best they can be!
