New, clean & crisp surroundings are cheery and reflect the blue greens of the lake. Patio seating and dining with views of the mountains.
Easy access to fishing,boating,hiking and 4 wheeling. Plenty of parking.

The space
Outdoor seating, gaming, bar-b-q, games and fire pit. Lots of parking and a second 5th wheel dwelling for rent with its own private yard.
Market/ ACE/ gas/restaurant in walking distance. Bars and other restaurants nearby.

Guest access
The house is for your use only…no other owner or guest. There is also a 5th wheel on the property for rent if you have a larger group.

Indian Point Boat Ramp is a short drive down to and onto A+Cross Road and never crowded. Oso Trail head is also accessed at A+ Road, Mile marker 255.
