Peace and quiet

This home is in a quiet area.
Comfortable home near beach and 2 restaurants and a few minutes drive from attractions like the Giant's Causeway, Bushmills Distillery, Dunluce Castle, Portrush Golf Club and numerous "Game of Thrones" film locations. You’ll love it because you can cook in the kitchen and watch the kids play in the cosy sitting area, lie on the balcony in the sun or sit by the wood-burning stove on cold winter nights. Great home for a family holiday.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is situated in a development of modern houses. It is located at the top of the hill so it overlooks the houses in front of it giving the occupant a view to the sea and the Scottish Isle of Islay in the distance. At the back of the house is a field where cows and sheep often graze.
It is only a short walk (5 minutes) down through the development to the harbour and beach where children can paddle and poke in the rock pools. Walk a few minutes further and you reach the beautiful Runkerry Strand beach with its crashing surf.
The area is quiet in low season and popular with families at holiday periods. Bushmills village is 5 minutes drive away. For a livelier seaside resort, Portrush is about 10 minutes drive away and for shopping, Coleraine is about 20 minutes drive.
