The entire very large private basement suite is yours.
Inside suite is 2nd Room as extra bedroom with celestial theme and custom Cloud light with thousands of light settings.

Amazing shower head in bathroom that everyone loves (please keep inner shower curtin inside shower so water stays in).

Small FRIDGE with small FREEZER just for basement area in bedrook (not shared, free purified spring mountain water next to fridge instant cold or hot) and 2nd small condiments fridge in main space.
Paper plates/ cups and disposable utensils provided free of charge...
7 person fresh water hottub available for use in the completely private back yard 24\7...
Fire pit (please bring your own wood or I can buy for you for $10 fee) and covered seating in back yard for you to use with the hottub just be sure all fires stay small and safe and are out completely before going to bed or leaving.

You dont even need to see me if you prefer, but I am available for anything you need just upstairs.
The basement is your space and should have everything you need. Upstairs is my space, please respect that.
In the back yard is the hottub.
Hot Tub info:
Everyone must shower before hottub and it is naked friendly/bathing suit optional not wearing suits is preffered becuase it is freshwater with very little chlorine so the soap in bathing suits from the washer ofsets the ph and raises calcium making flakes (if you must wear suits please rinse them in pure clean water from the tap then ring them out as much as possible to remove soaps and chlorines before hottubbing).
Realize the upstairs back room (cuddle puddle) is my space if you choose to walk through to hottub/back yard we may be relaxing in there. It is no inconvenience to us and you're always welcome to stop and say hi.
Limited use UPSTAIRS range/oven in photo of the main kitchen is allowed if you get an ok from me prior to using it via text or message on here. Any other use of upstairs kitchen or spaces need direct permission from me or extra charges may apply.
In your space, good size convection oven and microwave (please don't use both at the same time) and your own mini fridge/freezer with little cooler for ice if you'd like to bring some. 2nd apartment size fridge in bedroom area. Also, small french press, tea and tea pot with a pod coffeemaker also.
Other things to note
Pets:
Extra $60 per stay per pet and must stay in basement space or yard.
NO LARGE DOGS (over 30#) OR SUPER SHEDDERS, PLEASE.
If dogs are unattended in space, THEY MUST BE IN KENNELS AT ALL TIMES when you are out of the basement. Maximum 2 pets or service animals in the space at any time.
$100 cleaning fee added if necessary for pet poop or pee spots if found when you leave or if you sneak a pet in without paying the pet fee. Also $100 standard fee if damage to any walls or doors (deep scraches, paint removal requires repairs and or repainting) or to wood furniture.
Guests:
21+ only please for all guests.
No glitter, please, or $30 cleanup fee for excessive amounts.
$20 fee if I need to pick up cigarette butts (I'm allergic), dispose of them in the trash outside, or the ashtrays not in the front or back yard. If cigarettes or blunts are smoked inside $50 fee minimum and will not be welcomed back, I am highly allergic to actual tobacco smoke, but cannabis and dabs are completely cool or vaping.
3 Very clean and cute cats live in this home, they are very lovely and there is 0 cat smell. They are happy staying upstairs if your door is shut or you're not a cat person. If you let them hang out, Derp (smallest cat) loves people food so will try to steal your bacon/tacos, anything cheese or pizza if you leave it out FYI (giving him little snacks is totally fine ripped up small (he cant chew)) and he is the only one who goes outside. Also, leave the door a tiny bit open so they can get upstairs to their water/food/litter if they are down with you, please or open it for them to leave but do not lock downstairs overnight.
