I have been going back and forth to NY for 8 years and of all places I stayed, this is by far my favorite one! Connie is an easy going, warm and inspiring person with great energy and presence, she made me feel welcome and at home from day one.
If you want to stay in really cool neighborhood, in a beautiful Apt, with great energy and warmth, this is the right place for you. Lying in the hammock at the rooftop is to die for.
The best Sundays are spent with breakfast and a book at the terrace, going to the Brooklyn flea market around the corner, ending the day at Habana Outpost for some corn and frozen mojito. I miss it.

“Lize is great, always quick to help if needed, a font of information about NYC and Brooklyn, and I am not sure i have ever seen her without a smile on her face.
I have stayed in Ft. Greene at an apartment Lize is managing several times in the last year and each time has been great. The neighborhood is fantastic with many cute little restaurants to choose from and easy access to any train line you can imagine for quick jaunts in to the city. The apartment it's self is great, stylish, and comfortable, the bed is great and the dishwasher makes clean up after cooking super easy. Quite a simple luxurious place to stay when visiting NYC. Highly recommended.”
