“I've been friends with Lisa and Ian for years. When I moved out to CO in June of 2011 I lived in their condo for 2 months...I wish I still lived there! It's beautiful and has the best view of the mountains and downtown Denver! Because it was summer, we ate dinner out on the balcony every night, watching the sun set over the Rockies. The condo is beautiful and the perfect size - with a recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Also, the location is ideal; you'll be within walking distance of so many things. The condo is less than 5 blocks from the Cherry Creek Bike Trail, 6 blocks from funky Broadway (hip area with fun boutiques, bars and restaurants), minutes from downtown, and less than a mile from Washington Park - the most popular park in Denver with trails, open fields, a boathouse, 2 lakes, playgrounds, gardens, tennis and basketball courts. Finally, it's super easy to hop on the highway to get to so many great places in CO: Boulder, Ft. Collins, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the mountains. Stay here, it's the BEST place you'll find in Denver!”
