“ I have known EJ for several years. At Thanksgiving I stayed a week at his apartment. We toured the University and surrounding area. The apartment was very clean (and the building has been renovated since). The location is ideally situated for walking to eating areas and the University. There is a beautifully landscaped courtyard with both a hot tub and a pool. There is an exercise area, lobby with coffee, and computer access with computers. I thought it was a great set-up. besides that the balcony looked out toward the railroad tracks (away from the eyes of others) and saw the movements of the resident woodchuck! The train track with the very occasional traffic added a quaint and interesting element surrounded by natural vegetation.”
